Scope of work
Understanding of refinery / Lubricants Blending and filling systems (Auto-blending system)
Establish schedules and methods for providing preventive maintenance and repair services; identify resource needs; review needs and allocates resources accordingly.
Handle Mechanical and electrical breakdowns of complete manufacturing unit (Office, equipment, miscellaneous)
Maintain and order spare parts necessary for the plant operations in coordination with Procurement team
Methods and techniques of troubleshooting, repairing and installing plant equipment.
Electrical codes and accepted practices.
Operate and repair heavy equipment.
Respond to and maintain order in emergency situations.
Participate in the development of policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures; make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards and procedure
Knowledge and practical understanding of the below
All types of pump used in lube oil industry, (Gear pump, vane pump, centrifugal pump etc. )
Handle breakdowns of Filling machine (mechanical and electrical) fault
Pneumatic problem identification
Handling plant utilities mainly Boilers, compressors, and Thermic Fluid Heating Systems
