At MAG Lube, we have introduced automation to our Blending Facility via Automatic Batch Blending that allows us to simultaneously blend and fill a wide variety of products. Our manufacturing process has been meticulously designed in response to market demands for flexibility and efficiency to deliver quality products in the least amount of time.
Our Blending Plant employs the SCADA System from the moment raw materials are received until the filling process is complete. This technology was developed and manufactured in France by Leroux & Lotz Industry - one of the world's leading lubricant equipment manufacturers. This entire procedure is carried out with no leakage and a minimal flashing system.
We have adopted EHS rules and regulations, and the plant has received the Green Building certification as well as several additional certifications from various authorities.
Keeping accuracy in mind, we produce high-quality products to achieve the maximum level of customer satisfaction. This includes adhering to all local norms as well as International Standards. The blending plant is structured in such a way that it not only delivers high-quality products but also provides a clean and safe working environment for our employees.
MAG Lube has invested in installing some of the most advanced machinery in the Lubricant industry, to monitor and operate every single process. We have multiple filling lines from well-known manufacturers. These filling lines include specialized equipment such as a Head capper, Can feeder, Filler, and Bottle/Case coder as well as machines for Carton Assembly and Strapping.
Our filling process is a streamlined operation with precision at every step that enables us to operate without stoppage and with minimal wastage. We have also ensured that all filling lines are equipped with pigging facilities to avoid contamination and deliver uncompromised products to our customers.
